We start with a discovery call to understand your specialty, EHR, workflows, and the specific tasks weighing your team down. We design a role and a task list around your practice — not a generic job description.

Meet your matched VA on a video call
We hand-match a medical graduate to your needs and set up a video interview. You evaluate their English, demeanor, and clinical understanding, and you only move forward once you're confident in the fit.
- Step 3
Two-week supervised onboarding
Your VA is onboarded inside your own systems under supervision. We monitor accuracy and speed, provide feedback, and make sure they're contributing real work by the end of the first two weeks.
