By accessing or using the MedAssist website and portals, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

MedAssist trains Ethiopian medical graduates to work as remote administrative virtual assistants for US-based medical practices. We provide recruitment, training, and matching services — we are not a medical provider and do not deliver clinical care.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, or upload unlawful content. Training and simulation materials are for your own use and may not be redistributed.

Do not enter real patient health information anywhere on this platform. All simulation data is fictional and clearly labeled.

Details of services and any fees for client practices are provided directly to clients and within the client portal. Nothing on the public site constitutes a binding offer.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedAssist is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
